"Nocturnal Sleep" Fine Art Print from Snuggled Away
Your night-time friends will be snuggled away.
This print features several nocturnal, Australian animal species. Two juvenile Powerful Owls and a parent owl try to catch up on some sleep in the bright sunshine, while a Sugar Glider nestles into it’s hollow home in the tree. This illustration is one of the artworks I created for children’s book “Snuggled Away” written by Cate Storey.
This artwork contrasts to the majority of the others in the Snuggled Away series, as it’s a daytime scene. It was fun giving character to the owls, who look as though they may have been startled from a loud noise.. The original artwork was acrylic with mixed media.
