$10.00 Standard shipping in Australia. Delivery time is approx 3-10 business days from dispatch.

FREE Standard shipping in Australia over $100.00 spent.

$15.00 Express shipping in Australia (delivery time is approx 1-3 business days from dispatch).

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

$30.00 shipping to all countries outside of Australia. Approx delivery time is 10-15 business days from dispatch.

Couriers & Tracking information

We ship all orders within Australia and Internationally with Australia Post.

We deliver to PO Boxes.

All orders within Australia and Internationally are shipped with a tracking number.

Local pick up or delivery of larger paintings within Brisbane, Australia is also available - send us a message if you would like this.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days from receiving your order fulfilment email, please contact us.

Note. International orders may take longer than 14 days to arrive to some countries. If you would like an idea of approximate time frame, please contact us.

INSURANCE

Please note, insurance is NOT included with your order.

If you would like your item insured, please email us and we will arrange this (if it is possible for postage to your country).

We will invoice you the cost in a separate invoice.

Returns

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Please take the time to choose your print/product or original painting VERY CAREFULLY and make sure to measure your space and allow a budget for framing (if necessary).

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

The artwork/product you see online may show a difference to your received item due to a variation in colour calibration between browsers, devices and screen settings. This is not considered a fault.

In the case that a product you have received is faulty, please contact us. We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues.

We may request photos of the damage or to have the order returned to us and would reimburse you for the return postage (please send us a photo of your receipt as we require this for our records).

commissioned artworks

Sarah does her best to ensure you are happy with the end result of your commission. However if you are unhappy with the artwork after viewing the final photograph of it, please contact Sarah to discuss your options (as outlined in our contract) PRIOR to it being shipped or hand delivered to you.

After the commission has been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund, amendments or changes to the commission.

Gift Vouchers

Please choose carefully as gift vouchers cannot be returned.
